Takes a couple of workouts to figure out how you need to adjust the bands for the proper resistance. But once figured out the BodyBoss Gym provides a convenient and great workout.

I first saw the BodyBoss on Amazon about 6 months ago. I was going to a gym, but it was inconvenient to where I live. I had read the reviews and watched a few videos on youtube. When I am working out, I do not want to deal with a crowd or driving somewhere.
I just want to work out and get back to life. I really enjoy the tricep kickbacks, tricep extensions, bicep curls, squats, kickbacks, rear delt fly, and chess press.
I also like that I can increase tension by just configuring the bands in different positions. You can also purchase additional bands. I would recommend this to anyone.
It is a great tool and makes it easy for anyone to get a great workout in regardless of your schedule.
The purchase of this product started as a backup plan in pandemic situation and now it becomes my daily fitness exercise tool to workout.
So to conclude :
-Perfect all in one fitness tool
It’s like get once use it for the rest of your life..( only maintainence required if any parts will broke in future)
-I appreciate the product innovation and it’s minimal use.

Outstanding product! Let me be clear here. This is not a panacea for everyone.
You get only what you are willing to put into it. No exceptions. I have seen comments where an individual was complaining about attaching the straps and attachments prior to use. What in the world? One must attach their key to the door in order to open it if it isn’t automatically or electrically connected. I nearly went into cardiac arrest after reading that review. That isn’t fair to the manufacturer of the product.
This isn’t a gym, a spa, a recreation center or anything else like that. The BodyBoss isn’t designed to replace those venues it is simply a platform where space is limited and one wants to do some basic physical exercises so that their body doesn’t resemble the couch or slumped over chair they have been sitting in for years.
I purchased it for squats and find myself doing other exercises that I didn’t initially purchase it to actually do. Therefore, let me conclude by saying working out is a choice, no equipment will ever do it for you, you must want it, you are going to feel it, then you got to do it! Great product!!

Our review of BodyBoss 2.0
We have been using our new BodyBoss 2.0 now for several weeks and are quite pleased with the product with one exception. We purchased two systems and an extra set of resistance bands. We found that we really needed two sets of bands for each BodyBoss to get the right work out tension. So, we bought two more sets of bands and now it is giving us the work out we need. BodyBoss should provide two sets of bands per unit instead of one. Even if they need to raise the price slightly, adding a second set will make the product much more effective for the majority of customers.

The BodyBoss 2.0 is awesome. I have been using it for month for me and my family members.
In 30 minutes, I can do a full-body, weightlifting-style workout in my pajamas at home watching TV Shows
I have moderate experience weightlifting and this is definitely comparable – my routine with the BodyBoss 2.0 consists of squats, deadlift, bench press, etc. The gear is strong and feels very durable.
The base folds up and the bands and accessories fit in a small bag – I keep it all stored under my couch when I’m not using it.
