Incredible workout and super portable, not to mention very versatile. The work-out is ideal. The video tutorials as well as instruction manual helped me get started, and now I have a great routine going. BodyBoss packs away under the bed or in the closet nicely, so doesn’t take up much space and then is very easy to set up.

Exactly what I need
This isn’t going to replace the full gym experience, but having something portable that I can set up wherever I am means that I can exercise while I’ working, watching TV, or when I visit my parents. The equipment is high quality, and won’t damage my hardwood floors. The materials are all straightforward and easy to understand. I’m glad I bought extra resistance bands, as I’m strong enough currently that only one set wasn’t enough to feel like I was getting a solid workout.

I highly recommend the Bodyboss, but have to say most people will end up spending much more on extra bands, hand grips, and maybe even a curl bar. I bought the XBar to use with it. To do a variety of exercises you will want several extra bands, one or two extra hand grip sets, and perhaps an extra bar. Connect them all at the same time so you don’t have to waist time connecting and disconnecting devices and bands.

This Frikguru bodyboss is definitely a plus. I was worried hat I would not get the same effect s the gym however, if you know how to workout at the gym then this Frikguru bodyboss will definitely satisfy you. I literally get a full body workout and am sweating from head to toe. I have purchased this product a months ago and been using bodyboss as my daily fitness driver. I’m athelete by profession and been using this product to maintain in shapes during this pandemic times.
Since during lockdown I couldn’t continue going to Gym I have started searching for another option for home gym. Whatever the product you will see in the market is kind of combination of lots of parts. And also it’s bulky so it’s stays in one place and then slowly slowly we loose motive. So when I found about bodyboss 2.0 I found it catchy and intersting concept, you can say it’s a product which takes “Resistance Bands” Workout on another level by thr creativity of the base.

Exercises I have tried with these products :
I basically do arms workout, triceps workout, Shoulder Workout and Back Workout.
Just sharing some of the Base Settings I have been using for “Deadlift” and “Arm Workout”.
The more you passes the Band’s through different hooks the more weight you can feel. I have purchased additional Bands to Get more weight from the Bands.
Overall worth the Purchase, Try it before Paying for your Gym Membership Fees. You will thank me later.

Best Purchase I’ve Made in Quarantine

Works as advertised
This is great for people who want to workout, but don’t want the equipment to take over the space. It works just as they advertise, and I’m very happy with the purchase. There was an issue with shipping, but customer support resolved it quickly. The only reason it’s 4 stars not 5: In order to be light and portable, a drawback is that the board can lift up if one leg lifts up, and I would have thought it would be sturdy enough to stay down. All in all, I’m happy with it!
