With the wrist straps securely in place, stand in the middle of the base with a slight bend in your knees and shoulders pulled back. Keep your core tight and embraced, as you begin to throw punches out in front of you. Throughout the movement, keep your hands held high around your neck and face, thereby experiencing a constantly level of tension. Try to avoid leaning forward with your punches by keeping your shoulders pulled back. Your torso should be firm in place the entire movement.

2. Bicep Curl: Suggested Settings: 15 (bands through 1 hooked on to 5)

Stand holding a handle in each hand with your arms hanging by your sides. Ensure your elbows are close to your torso and your palms facing forward. Keeping your upper arms stationary, exhale as you curl the handles up to shoulder level while contracting your biceps. Your elbows should remain by your side the entire time.

3. Overhead Triceps Extension: Suggested Settings : 51 (Bands through 5 hooked on to 1)

Stand in the middle of the base with your feet about shoulder width apart from each other. Grab the handles and lift them over your head until both arms are fully extended. Keeping your upper arms close to your head with elbows in and perpendicular to the floor, lower the resistance in a semi-circular motion behind your head until your forearms touch your biceps. The upper arms should remain stationary and only the forearms should move. Breathe in as you perform this step. Now, go back by using the triceps to raise your hands over your head. Breath out as you perform this step.

4. AB Twist: Suggested Settings: 15 (Bands through 1 hooked on to 5)

Stand with the bar behind your neck and across your shoulders. Rotate your torso (upper body and shoulders) from one side to the other side (left, right, left, right, etc.), squeezing your obliques and abdominals as your reach the end of each rotation. You may briefly hold at the peak tension point of each repetition. Fix your eyes forward and keep your pelvis stationary by contracting your gluts.
